Located on the scenic Olympic Peninsula, resort properties include 7 Cedars Casino + Hotel, Cedars at Dungeness Golf Course, and the Longhouse Market & Deli. Must be flexible with hours and days worked mornings, nights, weekdays, weekends and Holidays.Highly analytical thinking with demonstrated talent for identifying, scrutinizing, improving, and streamlining work processes.Strong organization, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills.Hospitality and/or laundry experience preferred.Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.Uphold and lead others in following 7 Cedars Resort’s mission and values.Core competencies in current ADA and other regulatory expectations.Understand and maintain reputation management.Resolve client conflicts and concerns while maintaining superior customer service.Coordinate and communicate with all departments to meet guests’ needs.Assist with housekeeping to maintain and clean guest rooms and common areas as needed.Adhere to Resorts’ policies and cleaning standards.in a timely manner to the hotel property. Collect, clean, and redistribute linens, towels, etc.

This may also include providing linens to restaurants for the Casino and Cedars at Dungeness. The scope of responsibility will include, but not be limited to: and assist/fill in as needed with the housekeeping department.
